Let's be real. Shopping can be expensive as hell. Almost as soon as you get your check, it's gone. But it doesn't have to be that way! These 10 tips will show you how to cut that bill in half.
1. Never Go Shopping Hungry
This is a no brainer, but everyone has gone shopping on an empty stomach and found Oreo's and every other possible craving in their cart at least once. Shopping on a full stomach puts a stop to these impulsive buys saving you some $$$.
2. Meal Plan
One of my favorite things to do! I prefer to meal plan for 2 weeks but you can do what works best with you. When you meal plan, you tend to follow the grocery list for it to a T. This way, you also have an idea of how much you're gonna be spending.
3. Coupons Coupons Coupons

5. Shop Generic
Once again, a no brainer. But you'd be surprised on just how much you can save just by switching to generic. Before I used to spend $200 a paycheck to get food but now I only spend $20-$50 on food for 2 weeks!
